The event is planned for the afternoon of Saturday, the 10th of February, 2018.
It will be a short non-competitive rally, to allow new members the opportunity to see what CRC rallies are all about, and to let regular entrants check out their cars, rally computers and grey matter before the season starts in earnest on the 10th of March.
The event will start and finish at Swaynes Nursery on Galston Road. There is a coffee shop and toilet facilities at the venue.
Instructions will be available for our usual three event categories. Masters and apprentices for those who enjoy map reading and navigation, tour for those looking for a more relaxed drive.
And now for the best part – no entry form, no cams license, no scrutineering and no fee! The event will be run under a CAMS social run permit.
Contact CRC Competition Secretary Tony Norman by telephone by Saturday the 3rd of February and he will take down your details and choice of category. For those who wish to try masters or apprentices, he will post event documents out to you on Monday the 5th of February, including maps and route instructions, to give you a chance to read through them before the event. Your route will be checked prior to departure – don’t want anyone getting lost!
