Wivenhoe is a historic house built in 1837 at Narellan, near Camden, NSW. It was designed by Sydney architect John Verge, who also designed Camden Park and Elizabeth Bay House. The house has had some very notable residents and is now owned by Mater Dei, a Catholic Church organisation.
A tour is available at a cost of $5, payable on the day.
Numbers will be required because the owners need adequate time to arrange for volunteer tour guides.
Please confirm your attendance to Bob Parkinson by the 31st of October. Please do not ring between October 3rd and 21st as I will be overseas.
The owners are happy for us to have a picnic on the grounds. Please bring your own picnic goodies, tables and chairs.
