2016 Gathering of the Faithful Set for 9th to 11th of September

The 21st Annual Gathering of the Faithful will be held over the 9th to 11th of September.

The event will kick off on Friday at 7:00PM with ‘Noggin’ & Natter. Meet other participants and enjoy a wide range of finger food at the Wagga RSL Club.

A courtesy bus will be made available. Please contact the RSL Club on (02) 6921 3624 to book.

On Saturday the 10th of September registration will begin at 10AM. Meet at the Wagga Beach car park and collect your GOF registration and goody bag. Then take some time to enjoy everything Wagga has to offer before returning after lunch to begin the run.

The fun run kicks off at 1PM. What better way to enjoy your MG than by sharing your experience with other owners. Meet back at the Wagga Beach car park by 12:30PM for a 1PM departure. A map and directions will be provided.

After the run, sit back and enjoy a hot tea or coffee, plus a delicious afternoon tea provided by the Country Women’s Association.

The Gathering of the Faithful dinner will be held at 7:00PM on Saturday evening. This year we have an optional dress-up theme – dress in the same period as your MG. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed.

Bus pick-up and drop-off to and from your motel is available at an extra cost.

Sunday will kick off bright and early at 7:30AM with a barbecue breakfast. Start your day with breakfast at the Wagga Beach car park, freshly cooked by the Rotary Club of Wagga.

This is when the ‘Gathering of the Faithful’ itself will take place, and all entrants’ vehicles will be on public display in the car park.

The trophy presentation will also be held at this time.
